Launch is now enrolling children for our Summer 2021 and 2021-22 School Year (Fall) programs! The registration forms and instructions on how to fill out the forms are available below. If you have any questions or need assistance filling out the registration form, please email enrollment@launchlearning.org for assistance.

Many of our programs are on a waitlist for summer. If you are interested in enrolling your child for Summer 2021, please email enrollment@launchlearning.org to confirm availability prior to submitting a registration packet.

Please note that we will not be able to confirm Fall 2021 enrollment for our K-5 school-age programs until later in the summer. We encourage any family who needs afterschool care this fall to still submit a registration packet, even if we cannot currently confirm enrollment so that they are guaranteed a place on our waitlist. We are continuing to finalize access to appropriate program spaces with Seattle Public Schools, while also ensuring that Health and Safety Protocols are fully established as more students and staff enter elementary buildings. In addition, Launch is currently experiencing unexpected staffing shortages. We are in the process of hiring staff for our fall afterschool programs, however, limited staffing may impact our ability to serve all families who are looking for elementary-age afterschool programs this fall. We hope to accommodate each and every student that is registered for care with Launch in time, but at the present moment we must ensure that the students we enroll are receiving quality care in adequate space with sufficient staffing.

FAMILIES INTERESTED IN SUMMER PRESCHOOL: We have very limited space available during Summer 2021 for new preschool families. If you’re interested in summer preschool and your child is not currently attending a Launch preschool program, please contact us at enrollment@launchlearning.org to confirm availability before submitting a registration form.

If your preschooler is currently attending a Launch preschool program, you will be automatically eligible for Launch’s Summer 2021 preschool program, however you will still need to submit a Launch summer registration form. Your Seattle Preschool Program funding will continue through this summer.

*2021-22 SCHOOL YEAR (FALL) REGISTRATION*

2021-22 School Year Registration

To register for the 2021-22 School Year (programs beginning in September 2021), please fill out the appropriate 2021-22 School Year Registration Packet listed below. REGISTRATION PACKET INSTRUCTIONS

  • In order to be prepared for registration, please ensure you have applicable documents and information ready. This includes, but is not limited to, immunization dates and medical forms, copies of court documents and/or IEP/504 plans, and emergency contact information.
  • The above Registration Packets for Summer and the 2021-22 School Year on this page are a signable PDF document that are submitted electronically. Please note the electronic signatures accepted on this packet are legally binding signatures.
  • Any supplemental forms will need to be submitted separately via email to enrollment@launchlearning.org.

This registration packet is completed and signed online through the above links. Please do not attempt to save/download the form or email it to us. The registration packet cannot be saved and completed in multiple sessions – it must be done in one sitting. Please set aside about 30-45 minutes to complete this packet.

Upon opening the link to the online registration packet, Adobe Sign will indicate the number of required fields to complete in the upper right hand corner. We still require the following sections to be completed, though they are not shown as required by Adobe:

  • health/medical/dietary needs: section 4.2
  • demographic information: sections 9.0-9.4

Immunization records may either be completed in the packet or emailed separately as a PDF file to enrollment@launchlearning.org. Immunization records emailed to us must be complete Certificate of Immunization Status forms from the Washington IIS (Immunization Information System) or from your child’s healthcare provider.

Once you have completed all of the required fields and signed all the signature fields, a pop-up will appear at the bottom of the form for you to verify your email and complete the registration packet. You must verify your email for the packet to be submitted to us.

After verifying your email, Adobe will email you a copy of your signed, completed registration packet. This email serves as your confirmation that we have received your packet as well.

Health, Medical, and Dietary Forms (required only if applicable)

The below Health, Medical, and Dietary Forms are required only if applicable. Please submit via email to enrollment@launchlearning.org.

MyIR is Washington State’s authorized record access system for you and your family’s immunization records. This is the simplest way to obtain departmentally-approved copies of your family’s Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) forms, which are required for students’ enrollment in any Launch program. If your child’s vaccines were administered in Washington State, you can sign up for MyIR. Through MyIR, you can access and download your child(ren)’s CIS forms. You can find more information and register for MyIR here: https://wa.myir.net/.

If you use MyIR to obtain your child(ren)’s CIS forms, please submit them to enrollment@launchlearning.org as part of your child(ren)’s registration for our programs. Thank you!

Tuition Assistance & Schedule Change Forms (required only if applicable)

We accept DSHS and City of Seattle child care subsidies, and also have scholarships/tuition assistance available. If you’d like your child to attend Launch but can’t afford tuition or your subsidy copay, please contact us at TuitionAssistance@launchlearning.org. Don’t hesitate to reach out, even if you think you might not qualify for aid — often we can still help!
