Dear Launch Families,
Earlier today, SPS announced that all school building activities including school day instruction, childcare, health services, enrichment, etc. are canceled until further notice. SPS schools will be closed for a minimum of 14 days starting Thursday, March 12th. As a result, ALL Launch programs will be closed during this time as well, starting Thursday, March 12th. This includes Launch programs located in SPS schools, as well Launch preschool programs located in community centers.
Our Launch policy of not refunding tuition will remain in effect, but we will make a one-time credit to your account for the two-week closure if it applies to your family and you have paid.
In the spirit of goodwill, Launch will also waive late fees this month if accounts are paid in full by the 15th of March. If additional time is necessary, please reach out to the Launch Finance Department.
We will monitor and reevaluate these decisions and take further action if needed as the situation continues to unfold. We will also send updates regarding re-opening and tuition details as the two-week closure period ends.
